Vitamin creams are an often overlooked facet of an effective health and beauty routine. These creams can seriously impact the condition of your skin. Naturally different vitamins are good for different skin issues.

Each day you probably take a general vitamin. The same idea goes with applying vitamin cream. A vitamin cream should be applied topically. You put them on your skin not in your mouth to swallow. This results in totally different results than oral vitamins.

There are four major vitamins in the topical vitamin world. Your skin can derive benefit from nearly every vitamin. These four, though play key roles in skin care.

Vitamin creams are designed to be applied to problem areas. Your cream will contain, depending on your issue:

• Vitamin A to give tighter skin. Vitamin A helps with hydration. It improves youthful appearance. Vitamin A is also found in some creams as retinol. It might cause sun sensitivity. Use care with it.

• Vitamin E if you want diminished scarring. Vitamin E can help heal scars and tears. As a result it is a great deep wrinkle treatment. Many people use vitamin E oil to alleviate signs of scars and stretch marks.

• Vitamin K improves serious discolorations. If you have problems with rosacea, then vitamin K is a must. You can also use vitamin K to treat sun and age spots. But some types of vitamin K creams can create breakouts. Be sure to watch your skin condition closely for the results that you want.

• Vitamin C if you want anti-aging action. Vitamin C has healing capability inside and out. This means that vitamin C can literally heal up wrinkles and tears in your skin. However, in high concentrations it can blister sensitive skin. Use it carefully and make sure to monitor results closely.

You can definitely accelerate skin care results with topically applied vitamins. When paired with an oral vitamin as well, you will find that the correct form of vitamin cream results in dramatically improved skin.
